All entries must be postmarked by January 5, 2009. Any entries received after this date will be considered late and you must add $10.00 per gymnast to each entry fee. Late entries will be accepted on a space available basis only.

Awards:

Medals and ribbons for events, trophies and medals for all-around. Team awards for Top 3 teams when 3 or more teams are entered, top 1 or 2 teams otherwise.

·Notification of athlete not participating three weeks prior to the event – Full refund

·Notification two weeks prior – ½ refund
